Our Camfrog Terms Of Service ( CFTOS )

IMPORTANT. THIS IS A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN CDSHostforYou AND YOU. IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING YOUR USE OF CDSHostForYou WEBSITE AND Camfrog’s SOFTWARE, WEBSITE (including without limitation all pages, rooms and other areas on the website), DOCUMENTATION AND ASSOCIATED MATERIALS (hereinafter collectively “Software”). BY SELECTING “I AGREE” AND CONTINUING THE INSTALLATION OF THE CAMFROG SOFTWARE, BY USING THE SOFTWARE OR BY SIGNIFYING YOUR ACCEPTANCE IN ANY OTHER WAY, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE THE SOFTWARE AND YOU SHOULD DISCONTINUE ANY FURTHER INSTALLATION OR USE THEREOF.
TRADEMARKS. This Website contains the CDSHostForYou marks and other valuable trade and service marks owned by CDSHostForYou. These marks and related proprietary property are protected from copying and simulation under national and international laws and may not be reproduced, copied, displayed or otherwise used without the express prior written permission of CDSHostForYou. Other trademarks not owned by CDSHostForYou and referenced on this Web site are the property of their respective owners.
DEFINITIONS. We are CDSHostforYou, You are the “client” and “User”, the individual that is making use of our Camfrog products. You also automatically become a direct client of Camfrog. Camfrog is Camshare Inc. We do NOT OWN Camfrog products, we are an Official Authorized reseller of some of the services that Camfrog made available in many different ways. We are not and can not be hold responsible for the products that Camfrog provides and the reliability of those services.
SERVICES. The main service(s) we provide is / are the hosting of a room and or a CDS connected with the Camfrog room network and a have a lag free experience. Lag can be caused by many various reasons. Many of those reasons are beyond our scope of solving. From this point on this TOS applies aswell to CDS rentals.
We CDSHostForYou Team accept no responsibility for activities conducted in the chatrooms.
At any given time, the Original Camfrog TOS are applying to our Camfrog products. You as our client, has to be ensured, that you have read and know these Camfrog TOS, and be ensured you apply the Camfrog TOS to the products or services that you are using.
In the case Camfrog is changing their product range and and shutting us out from delivering the services as we used to, we are bound to that descision. We do not refund in these situations.
All individuals purchasing a monthly “CDS Virtual key room hosting” with CDSHostforyou, should ensure that no activities are taken place in your room, that are illegal under the laws applicable to the region in which the room is shown as located.
We at CDSHostforyou understand you want to be sure what you are paying for. There for we can offer you a trial of maximum 24 hours, depending on the availability of keys. In the case that after this trial period you decide to rent a room from us and made the payment, and all of a sudden you decide after 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 days or longer you don’t want the room anymore, there is NO right for restitution or refund. .
The date that you start renting a room from us, will be your payment date. Every month on that same date, you have to make sure we have your payment in our account. If you your payment has a delay, because of using e-checks or other methods, make sure you send the payment “x” days in advance, so that your payment is in our account on the date your rental period expires. In the event of missed payment you should contact us within 24 hours to make suitable arrangements, failure to do so, can result in the room being taken offline until the payment is received.
CDSHostForYou does prefer that the client create their own room name through the dedicated Camfrog CDS Room Creation Panel. In the event that we have to create the room name, we register the room name to our company e-mail. This means we OWN the room name. If you want to take the room name with you, in the case you decide to stop hosting your room with us, we will come up with a suitable arrangement. If we also have to sign the room on, and have to manage the room for you, we claim the the rights to make use and spend the coins given to and earned by the room, for as long as we have to manage the room for you.
Rooms requested for the Philippine General zone will be a subject of a special screening. In not any case we will give out keys for rooms, that can have more then 100 users be placed in the Philippine General zone. This rule is to protect our hosting against stubborn abusive room owners who still want to have a show room in the Philippine General zone.
In the event that CDSHostforyou can no longer permanently fulfill the requirements detailed in the “Services” section, then the arrangement will be canceled and any restitution / refund left, will be paid.
In the rare case, your room is being banned by Camfrog, because your room did not applied to the Camfrog TOS, There is no right for restitution / refund. In case you want to continue with a new room, you have to pay again for a full month. We also will review your new room inquiry to see if certain things have to be changed. We also will give you some recommendations that you can apply to avoid another ban in the near future.
In the event that any of your room owners or operators get hacked and then the room settings are tampered from the hacked account, we can not be held responsible for this. You, as the owner, are in charge of sorting out the room.
We do NOT ALLOW in any way that other concurrent hosters advertise their hosting activities in our rooms. If you rent a bot from someone else, make sure this person does NOT ADVERTISE his or her hosting. In the case we notice a bot in your room that is advertising the hosting of another hosting company, we will demote the bot and ban the bot. If after a return visit that bot or another bot is back and still or again is advertising for another hosting company then us, we will take your room off-line, and you will have NO RIGHT of restitution in anyway.
When you rent a room from us, and the user count that you take, gives you the right for a “free” bot, this free bot comes with some terms and conditions. One of the conditions is, that this “free” bot will be advertising our company with 2 lines through the messenger module in the room, and 1 line when the user leaves the room. This advertising makes our company name know with the users and helps us to grow. That is why you get this “free” bot to use. These 3 advertising lines have to stay in the bot at all times. When you are putting your own messages in the bot messenger module, you have to make sure that those lines are there to stay. If you remove our messages, we have the right to stop the bot, or to charge you for bot rent for the price of $15,- US a month. In the case you do NOT WANT our advertising you can rent the bot from us for the price of $15,- US a month.
Our Camfrog TOS are subject to change. Those can be change and or updated at any time without a prior notice !!
